Dear Liberty County, FL Community,

As we prepare to close the doors of your Piggly Wiggly store here in Bristol, FL. We wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to you. It has been a true privilege to serve your community and be a small part of your lives.

Over the years, we’ve had the honor of providing you with groceries and services and we have built meaningful relationships with so many of you. Your support over the years has been incredibly rewarding and we are deeply grateful for you trusting us with your grocery needs.

While this chapter is coming to an end, we will still continue to support Liberty County like we always have it will be just under 1 roof instead of 2. We will continue to be open in Blountstown under the Cash Saver banner. While there are many reasons for making this decision, keeping the store staffed properly to serve your community has been our biggest challenge we were not able to overcome. Without properly staffing the store we could not provide the service you deserved. Hopefully, in the future we will be able to open the doors again and serve the community like it deserves, but for now we can only operate 1 location with the staff on hand.

This was not a decision taken lightly or quickly. We have been monitoring the situation for over a year and due to circumstances out of our control we will be combining our resources under 1 roof so we can properly staff the Blountstown location and provide the service that both communities deserve.

The Cash Saver in Blountstown now offers home delivery thru Instacart. You can go online to www.instacart.com and buy your grocery needs from us and Instacart will deliver to your home in Liberty County!

Friday, August 7 will be our last day open in Bristol. Thank you again and God Bless.
