BRISTOL, FL – Three Liberty County men escaped serious injury in a Thursday afternoon traffic accident in Bristol.
According to the the FHP report, the driver of a Toyota truck was southbound on CR 12 and attempted to make a left turn into the parking lot of the Dollar General shortly after 4 p.m.
The second vehicle, a Mazda truck, was northbound on the same road while a third vehicle, a Chevrolet sedan, was waiting at the stop sign in the store’s parking lot.
The Toyota turned in front of the Mazda and was hit on the passenger’s side. After impact, the Toyota hit the Chevrolet.
Rescue crews responded but all three drivers declined transport, stating that they would make their own way to the hospital to be checked for minor injuries.
