inmate caught late Thursday
“Everybody can rest easy in Franklin County now,” Franklin County Sheriff A.J. Smith said when he announced shortly before 7 p.m. this evening that an inmate who left a work detail Monday morning is now in custody, along with the people who had given him shelter. “Nobody’s injured, nobody’s hurt,” the sheriff. He said more details would be given later about the arrest.
