Grand opening for Boyd Insurance in Bristol

BRISTOL – Michael Ritcher, shown with his wife, Heather and their children, Madelynn and Braden, welcomed visitors to tour his business at the corner of SR 20 and Pea Ridge Road in Bristol on May 11 during the ribbon-cutting and opening of the new Boyd Insurance office.   The company, based in Bradenton, is owned by State Senator Jim Boyd.  “We have reached a partnership to expand Boyd Insurance into north Florida, which will be based here in Bristol,” Ritcher said.  Ritcher, who has operated Compass Insurance and Consulting since 2009, called the move, “a rebranding and expansion.”  Liberty County Chamber of Commerce members were joined by well-wishers who stopped by to visit, enjoy refreshments and see the newly-renovated building.
