He was an Air Force veteran, ordained minister and diesel mechanic by trade. Upon retirement he found a love of model airplanes and taking care of his chickens.

Pamela Louise Hardy, 65, Marianna

MARIANNA, FL – Pamela Louise Hardy, age 65, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Feb. 6, 2026. She passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by the family and friends who meant the world to her, following a courageous and lengthy battle with ALS.

In a beautiful testament to God’s timing, Pam met the love of her life, Dodge (James Hardy), at church. They were married on Nov. 20, 1982, and shared 43 years of deep love and joy. After the heartbreak of several miscarriages, they were blessed in 1987 with their son, Austin David Hardy. In 1994, they adopted another son, Angel Morales Hardy.

Born to Clayton Frank Merrill and Beverly Louise Lundal, Pam was raised in Glenview, IL. It was there that she established a lasting circle of friendship with seven remarkable women — a bond that remains unbroken today. Pam moved to Florida during her senior year of high school, a move that would shape the rest of her life. She went on to graduate from Florida State University, beginning a distinguished 35-year career in education. Through her work in the classroom, she touched thousands of lives with her wisdom, patience, care, and love. She served as the administrator of Lighthouse Christian Academy, a private school in Pompano Beach for eight years. In 2007, Pam and her family moved to the Florida Panhandle, where she continued working in elementary education until her retirement.

Pam’s life was defined by her unwavering faith. She loved Jesus Christ and devoted her every breath to sharing His grace with others. Her family and friends often remarked that “Heaven will be more crowded because of her life,” as she made it her mission to ensure that everyone she met felt the warmth of God’s love. She was a faithful member of The Sanctuary Pentecostals of Marianna Church, where she served in various ministry areas over the last 20 years.

Attempting to capture the essence of Pam’s life and the depth of her influence in a few short paragraphs is an impossible task; her legacy simply reaches too far. Pam was known for her magnetic and outgoing personality that could light up any room. She was always ready for a party and found joy in the simple, beautiful things in life. Her favorite days were spent painting, gardening, swimming in the Chipola River, thrifting for little treasures, and sharing a great cup of coffee.

Pam was preceded in death by her parents, her brother David Merrill, and her son, Angel. Her memory will be cherished by her devoted husband, Dodge; her son, Austin, and his wife, Yamilee, of Tallahassee; her daughter, Christina Nathan, and her husband, Bruce, of Palm City. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Kenna Adkins, Livia Nathan, and Kya Nathan; her brother, Mark Clayton Merrill, of Pompano Beach; and a vast community of relatives and friends who will deeply miss her vibrant spirit.

Dodge would like to extend special thanks to Emerald Coast Hospice, as well as Latar “T” Thomas and Kelly Hedrick, who served Pam at the end of her life with unwavering love and support. Their care, along with the love of Lee, Becka, Dawson, and Kinsey Windsor — who became dear family to Pam in her final chapter — will never be forgotten.

Visitation will be held Monday, Feb, 9, at 12:00 p.m., followed immediately by the service at The Sanctuary Pentecostals of Marianna Church, located at 4070 Old Cottondale Rd., Marianna, FL, with Rev. Allen Biggs officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Sanctuary Pentecostals of Marianna Church Youth Fund.

Sherri Herron, Bristol

BRISTOL, FL – It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Sheri Herron of Bristol on Jan. 24, 2026. Peacefully and surrounded by her family, she was called to heaven to our Lord’s loving arms.

Sheri was known for her kind and caring spirit that left an undeniable mark on all who knew her. Sheri had a radiance that lit up any room she entered and had a love for life that was contagious. She knew how to make every day unforgettable.

Sheri’s parents, George and Ruth Harris, were both U.S. Navy veterans. Sheri was born in Kingsville, TX while her father was stationed there serving our country. She inherited her deep sense of patriotism and love of her country from her parents. Other than the brief period in Kingsville and a year in Atlanta after high school, she enjoyed her life living in Florida. She grew up in the Jacksonville area where she attended college and started her career working as an agent for the Internal Revenue Service. After a military marriage, to her now ex-husband, but still close friend, Joe Herron, the couple moved to Titusville and had two wonderful children, Kara and Nick. They enjoyed a fulfilling life raising their children and were blessed to develop many life-long friendships in the Titusville area.

Sheri’s children were her ultimate passion, and she devoted herself to being the best mother possible. In recent years, Sheri took on the role as “Nana”, a role she embraced wholeheartedly. She dedicated her life to caring for her beloved grandchildren, Knox and Ansley, and enjoyed every moment spent with them. Sheri had a sincere love for animals, especially her own pets, and she leaves behind her beloved dog, Hallie.

In Sheri’s leisure time, she loved nothing more than to host parties, volunteer time as “homeroom mom”, for her daughter Kara’s students and her grandchildren, and taking part in all her grandchildren’s extracurricular activities. Sheri enjoyed traveling with her family and friends, chanting the “War Chant” for her favorite team, the Florida State Seminoles, singing karaoke and dancing like no one was watching, while enjoying a good glass of wine. Sheri had a vivacious and contagious personality and was no stranger to anyone she’d met.

Sheri’s passing leaves a void in the hearts of those who knew her, but her spirit will continue within us. Her laughter, her love of life, and her ability to make everyone feel valued will be deeply missed but never forgotten. As we say goodbye to Sheri, we celebrate the life of a woman who was a beacon of kindness, joy and love. Her legacy is one of unwavering devotion to her family, a testament to the beautiful life she lived, and the countless lives she touched. Sheri’s memory will be lovingly treasured forever.

She is preceded in death by her parents George and Ruth Harris; her parents-in-law George and Donna Herron; and her brother-in-law Eldon Wirtz.

She is survived by her ex-husband and dear friend, Joe; daughter Kara, husband Scotty and grandchildren Knox and Ansley, her son Nick; her brothers, Tim Harris and wife Sharon, Gary Harris and her sister Pat Harris; her sisters-in-law Maria Herron and Cathy Garcia; her nieces Christine, Becky, Kimberly and nephews Jason, Andrew and Jeremy.

Our family is eternally grateful for the care she received at the Blountstown Health and Rehabilitation facility in Blountstown and the wonderful and caring medical staff at VITAS Healthcare.

Family and friends are invited to a casual open house to celebrate the life of Sheri. We will gather to remember Sheri and share our favorite stories on Feb. 21 at Sheri’s residence in Bristol from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.. No formal attire required — simply bring yourself and your favorite memories of Sheri to share.

Additionally, we will celebrate Sheri’s life with her many family and friends in Titusville with the location and time to be announced at a later date.

James “Jimmy” Traylor Jr.,

age 76, of  Bristol

BRISTOL, FL – James “Jimmy” Traylor, Jr. aged 76, of Bristol,  passed away on Jan. 18, 2026, surrounded by his family. He was a man of quiet strength, unwavering integrity, and an immense work ethic that defined his life’s journey.

Born in Marianna,  Jimmy learned the value of a hard day’s work early in life. He spent over 40 years as a telephone technician at the phone company, where he was known by colleagues as a man who never cut corners and always lent a helping hand. A provider in every sense, he balanced his devotion to family with a 40-year career at the Tallahassee Police Department. He was a man who genuinely loved the job, and his long tenure as a reserve officer serves as a proud testament to his passion for public service. Mattie “Jane” Lindsey Adkins,

age 96, of Altha

ALTHA, FL – Mattie ‘Jane’ Lindsey Adkins was born in Altha to Coy Shepard and Susie Grantham Lindsey on Sept. 13, 1929.

From the very beginning of life, she was a strong person. Being born prematurely during the Great Depression, she overcame obstacles from the get-go. Once Jane finished school at Altha High, she moved to Jacksonville,  where she worked at the phone company and eventually met her husband, Monroe ‘Mickey’ Adkins.

From there, they lived in many different places including West Virginia where Mickey was from and where they bought a vacation home in their later years.

Jane and her husband eventually found their way back to Altha where they finished raising their boys and made a permanent home. Over the years, their home definitely became known in the community because of the large gardens, pecans, and shelling peas. At one point, Jane opened their home up for a group home for the state. Between working in the garden and running the group home, Jane also helped look after her six grandchildren, sometimes all together. Many memories were made that included shelling peas on the front porch with Grandma, playing in the wash tubs, picking crops, and helping preserve food for future meals.

Later on in life Jane’s title changed once again to Memaw for her 14 great-grandchildren. She found joy in rocking those great-grands to sleep and watching them play when they came to visit.

Even in her final years, Jane remained a very strong and independent woman. With everything she did in her life, her faith in God stayed at the forefront of it all. She was definitely the glue that held the family together and her legacy will live on in all the lives that she affected in her 96 years.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 53 years Monroe Adkins, son Bernard Adkins, and brother Warren Lindsey. She is survived by her sons Lawrence Adkins and Ronnie (Kennese) Adkins; grandchildren Coy (Austin) Adkins, Jesse (Stephanie) Adkins, Bryan (Hana) Adkins, April (Charles) Adkins, Cody (Theresa) Adkins, and Ashley (Ezra) Childs, great-grandchildren, Kenna, Anniston, Hayden, Cierra, Sora, Rayna, Shepard, Xavian, Kira, Kinley, Sophia, Adam, Hendrik, and Adeline.

Her funeral will be held Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2026, at the Peavy Funeral Home Chapel in Blountstown. Visitation will be at 1 p.m. CT. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. CT. Interment will follow at Mt Olive Cemetery in Altha.

Shirley Stone Bussey, 95

CALHOUN COUNTY, FL – Shirley Stone Bussey returned to her heavenly home on Jan. 1, 2026.

On March 13, 1930, Lucius and Lena Mae Stone Johnson welcomed their firstborn, Shirley Faye.  They could not have imagined she would one day outlive all five of her younger siblings – Sally, Billy Joe, Blanche, Mary Joyce and Bobbie.

Growing up during the Depression, Shirley knew the reality of doing without.  With her father in poor health, she carried heavy responsibilities from an early age.  Those years – working in the fields, helping her mother, living in homes without electricity or plumbing, and carrying the weight of being the eldest – instilled in her the resilience and work ethic that defined her life.

In 1948, Shirley married Carl “Rooster” Stone and together they raised three daughters: Janice, Patsy, and Linda.  As a farmer’s wife, until Rooster’s passing in 1986, Shirley’s days began before dawn, building fires, preparing hot breakfasts, and caring tirelessly for her family.  She milked cows, canned vegetables, worked hog killings, chased cows on Saturday mornings, sewed hundreds of dresses, and kept an immaculate home.  She stayed up through the night when her girls were sick, embodying selfless devotion.

Shirley also worked outside the home – first for nine years as a floor supervisor at Warner’s in Marianna, and later as a secretary with the Calhoun County Extension Office, where she remained until retirement.

Her faith was the cornerstone of her life.  Each night she studied her Sunday School lessons, and after retirement, she spent hours daily in scripture, filling notepads with her reflections.  Saturdays were for preparing Sunday dresses, shampooing hair, and readying meals for the traditional Sunday dinner.  Though small in stature, she carried a strong, beautiful soprano voice that filled choirs, weddings, and church halls.

In 1995, Shirley married Benjamin Bussey.  Together, they shared a deep love of church life, singing in the First Baptist Church of Blountstown choir until his passing in 2013.

Shirley’s greatest joy was her family.  Though she outlived two husbands, her youngest daughter Linda, and granddaughter Sandra, her love endured through her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchild and nieces and nephews.  She was blessed with two grandsons, Cliff and John, and three granddaughters – Brooksanne, Sandra, and Carla who together gave her 16 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.  To all of them, she was a steady source of love, support, and faith, always encouraging them to seek a personal relationship with God.

For a woman who carried so much from such a young age, Shirley lived her life with quiet strength, devotion, and grace.  Her legacy will live on in the lives she touched and the family she so dearly loved.

Services will be Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2026, at the First Baptist Church of Blountstown.  Visitation will be at 10 a.m. CT and the service at 11 a.m.  CT. Interment will follow at Macedonia Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of Peavy Funeral Home of Blountstown.

Valeria “Jo” Tate Peacock,

age 90, of Altha & Tallahassee

TALLAHASSEE, FL – In the name of our Lord and Savior, we announce that our beautiful, Christ-filled mother, Valerie “Jo” (Tate) Peacock, age 90, went to Heaven on Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2025.

A service celebrating her life was held  Dec. 23, 2025 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in  Tallahassee.  Burial followed at Chipola Cemetery in Altha. She was laid to rest in the family plot beside her beloved husband, William S. “Buddy” Peacock, behind the church built by her great-grandfather.

Memorial contributions may be made to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Pisgah Methodist Church in Tallahassee or Altha United Methodist Church in Altha.

Valerie Jo Tate was born on Feb. 13, 1935, in Akron, OH.  In her youth, she and her siblings moved to Altha, her mother’s birthplace, to live with her grandparents-founders of Altha. The family was deeply rooted pioneers of both West and East (Southern Amelia Island) north Florida regions.

She briefly attended Marianna High School, where she met her future husband, William S. “Buddy” Peacock. She later graduated from Altha High School, where she was a Beta Club member, high school majorette, and band member (flute). One of her fondest memories was marching as an Altha High School majorette in the Gubernatorial Parade in Tallahassee, followed by enjoying fresh watermelon served at the Governor’s Mansion.

Following high school, she completed a short course at Florida State University and worked at W.T. Edwards Tuberculosis Hospital prior to marriage.

She was a deeply devoted Christian woman – loving, kind, welcoming, and immensely creative. She was a devoted wife, mother, and friend, known for her brightest eyes, biggest smile, and warm outstretched hand. She possessed the rare gift of making any place feel like HOME!

She loved gardening with her dear neighbor, Pat Zontek, and was a highly accomplished and creatively gifted wedding gown designer and seamstress, creating dresses for countless area brides. Her talents extended to Spanish Crewe costumes for Springtime Tallahassee, garments for friends attending Governor’s Mansion events, missionary garments for clergy, seasonal costumes for grandchildren and clothing for family and neighbors.

She founded Rose Cottage Creations, where she lovingly made burial gowns for individuals and families in their time of need-an act of quiet compassion that reflected her faith.

She faithfully served in numerous volunteer roles, including: Chaplain, Order of the Eastern Star, Robert Butler Chapter; Tallahassee Gray Lady, American Red Cross; Certified School Nurse, Kate Sullivan Elementary School Nursery; Sunday School, and Vacation Bible School teacher at First Baptist Church (Monticello) and Parkway Baptist Church (Tallahassee) Volunteer with Altha United Methodist Church, Pisgah Methodist Church, Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, St. John’s Episcopal Church, St. Peter’s Anglican Cathedral, American Heart Association, Children’s Miracle Network, and the Florida Department of Health (125th), among many others.

Alongside her husband, she worked for many years as a bookkeeper, conference and meeting planner for the Florida Peace Officers’ Association, and served as hostess for their annual legislative receptions. The FPOA Board later dedicated the building at 1202 East Park Avenue in their honor.

She cherished family, traveling with her husband, meeting people, crafting, baking cakes and cookies for friends, clergy, staff, and family – especially after-school treats – and taking walks in the neighborhood with her daughter and puppies, and on Panama City Beach with family and friends.

She received community awards for her volunteer service and, with her husband, proudly sponsored and cheered on Tallahassee Little League baseball teams.

Mrs. Peacock came from a distinguished line of genealogists and historians. Her brother, John Arlen Tate, and her mother, Mary Lou Richards Tate DeMaria Blackman, were among the first recipients of Florida Pioneer Certificates. Her husband’s family were also Florida Pioneers (Peacock Bridge).

Her father was John Norman Tate of Smithfield, Pennsylvania, later Akron and Uniontown, Ohio. Through her father’s lineage, Mrs. Peacock was the 28th great-granddaughter of Richard I “The Fearless,” Duke of Normandy, whose children were Mauger, Count of Corbeil, Normandy; Robert, Count of Everurx Archbishop of Rouen, Normandy, France; and Emma, wife of King Ethelred II of England. Her lineage includes Alan Rufus (Rolf) of the Norman Conquest, Duke of Richmond, (relative who served with William the Conqueror, King of England), and she is of the Fitzrandolph family, who traveled to the Colonies on the Second Mayflower.

Through her mother’s Richards lineage, she was the fourth great-granddaughter of George Richards, of Original Virginia and North Carolina, who fought alongside George Washington at Braddock’s Defeat in 1755 and again with sons during the American Revolution. Her ancestors served in the War of 1812, Florida Indian Wars, and as interpreters and agents for Andrew Jackson, Treaty of Moultrie (Tallahassee, FL), with deep friendship connections to Chief Blount of Blountstown and other Indigenous tribes.

Her third great-grandfather, Thomas Cupples Richards, was among the pioneer families of Northwest Florida and died during an Indian attack at Fort Richards (Fort Place).

Her second great-grandfather, Rev. John George Richards, built the first Methodist Episcopal Church and named Wewahitchka, serving as elections inspector for the Chipola Precinct of Calhoun County, was clerk of court, and a member of Company A, Second Florida Cavalry.

Her great-grandfather, Daniel Thomas Richards, was clerk of the court in Washington County, served in the 6th Infantry Regiment, Company G, during the Civil War and a builder of Moss Hill Church, in Vernon, FL, Chipola Primitive Baptist Church, and Chipola Methodist Church.

Her grandfather, Martin L. Richards (Papa) founded Altha, served as mayor, county commissioner, school board member, Sunday School Teacher, and granted land for Altha Methodist Church and Altha School. He served as pharmacist, owned a saw mill, general store in Altha, and mercantile store at Ocheesee Landing (a historic site on Apalachicola River once a significant settlement and county seat). Her grandmother, Lula Mozelle (Cannon) Richards (Other MaMa) named the town of Altha and served as Altha’s first Postmistress.

Another of Mrs. Peacock’s relatives was a circuit rider, pastor to Pisgah Methodist Church, Tallahassee.

She is survived by her daughter, Valerie L. Peacock of Tallahassee; her son, Dr. William Stanley (Stan) Peacock (wife Lisa Dussia Peacock) of Tallahassee; and grandsons Martin S. Peacock of London, England; Christopher E. Peacock of St. Petersburg, FL; and Matthew R. Peacock of Charleston, SC.

She is also survived by her dearest friend, loving companion, and service puppy Caden, and her fondly remembered beloved previous pups Faith, Cherie, Buddy, Tike, Tuffy, and Cocoa.

She is further survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews among the Peacock, DeMaria, Gause, McDonald, Miller, Griffin, and Hower families.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister Bonnie Hower of Akron, OH;  her brother John Arlen Tate of Ohio and Tallahassee; her sister Cherry Ann Tate of Altha; and her brother Anthony (Tony) DeMaria of Altha and Tallahassee.

We thank God for blessing us with such a loving, faithful, kind, caring, and beautiful mother and friend-one who read and lived the Holy Bible daily.

May she rejoice in Heaven, welcomed with open arms, celebrating Christmas with Christ and those who have gone before her.

Forever grateful. Forever LOVED!

Sterling Joseph Miller, 23, Altha

ALTHA, FL – Sterling Joseph (also known as Rooster, Little Prince, The Baby) Miller, 23, of Altha left this earth on Thursday, Nov. 27, 2025.

Rooster was born on Sept. 11, 2002 in Jackson County and lived his entire life in Altha. When the family moved to Chipley and settled on the Williams family land, Bubba found the place that shaped him. Bubba spent his youth roaming those hundred acres — bird hunting, deer hunting, and fishing — developing a lifelong love for the outdoors.

After graduating from Chipley High School, Bubba attended Chipola Junior College and later earned his Civil Engineering degree from Auburn University in 1978. His career took him to several cities, but it was in Birmingham that his life truly shifted. Through church he grew close to the Fuller family, and in 1982 he married their daughter, Kimberly — the love of his life and his companion for the next 43 years. Together they began an adventure that carried them to Iowa, Texas, and ultimately home again to Chipley.

Bubba spent 16 years with the Florida Department of Transportation before moving into the private sector engineering. He was talented in his work, but it was his ability to talk to anyone, anywhere, that opened countless doors. He built friendships across states and countries, leaving behind a trail of people who still smile when they think of a conversation with him. Bubba had a way of making others feel seen and valued—whether for five minutes or fifty years. Bubba was a man with an enormous heart. He gave freely: his wisdom, his compassion, his time, and his listening ear. He had a special ability to show up for people exactly when they needed someone. And though he could fix anything and figure out almost everything, he did it at his own pace—slow enough to drive you crazy, but steady enough to get it right.

In 2006, Bubba experienced a major heart event that changed his life. He often said God had spared him for a reason, and he lived the rest of his years with that conviction. He shared openly about his faith, about what God had done for him, and how God could move in the lives of others. He loved wrestling with the muddy, confusing passages of Scripture, but he always came back to the core truth he believed mattered most: that Jesus came, died, and rose again for us. That certainty sustained him through every setback, every struggle, and every moment of grace.

Bubba leaves behind his beloved wife of 43 years, Kimberly Knight; daughter and son-in-law, Niki and Travis Peavy; daughter, Bethany Knight; grandchildren, Lesleigh and Logan Peavy; sister and brother-in-law, Gail and Danny Exum; and a great host of friends who became family along the way. All of them carry a piece of Bubba’s kindness, his humor, and his faith with them. To know Bubba was to love him. To be loved by him was a blessing. And his legacy — of generosity, courage, and steadfast faith — will live on in all who had the gift of calling him theirs.

Memorial services were held Dec. 6 at Holmes Creek Baptist Church.

Arrangements are under the direction of Peavy Funeral Home of Blountstown.

Vera Herring Rozier,

101, of Wewahitchka

WEWAHITCHKA, FL – Vera Herring Rozier, age 101 years, 9 months, 13 days, passed away in Jackson, MS, on Nov.21, 2025, closing her eyes to time and opening them to eternity with Jesus.

Ms. Vera, as she was affectionately called by friends, was born in Bolling, Butler County, AL, on Feb. 8, 1924, according to her birth certificate and other records. But she and her twin sister grew up being told that they were born in 1925.

At about the age of 16, Vera accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior and was baptized in Big Turkey Creek, Awin, Wilcox County, AL. Vera graduated from Moore Academy in Pine Apple, AL

In October 1946, she married and moved to Pensacola, FL, where two daughters were born.

The family moved to Wewahitchka, FL, in 1956. Vera graduated from Pensacola Beauty College and, in 1961, opened her beauty shop on Hwy. 71 North in Wewa, where she worked until age 94.

In 2013, the Executive Director of the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation sent her a letter commending her for keeping her cosmetology license up-to-date for over 50 years and for owning and operating her own salon for more than 50 years.

At her city-wide birthday party celebrating 100 years in 2024, the Gulf County Board of Commissioners presented her (and her now deceased twin sister) certificates recognizing and honoring them as the county’s oldest citizens.

Vera enjoyed working in her yard and nurturing her flowers and plants. One of her greatest enjoyments was cutting her two-acre yard on her riding lawnmower, which she did up into her 90s. Her handmade biscuits and her butternut cake (that had her special touch) were favorites of her family.

Vera was very active in Sunday School, worship, prayer meeting, and a home Bible study at First Baptist Church until her health started to decline. She ate meals at the Senior Center and enjoyed their exercise class there as well as playing bingo and chicken legs dominoes.

Vera intentionally tried to do one good deed every week, if not every day. She shared Jesus with her family and prayed for them daily. Her greatest desire was that they all accept Jesus as their Savior and Lord. She loved her family beyond measure and was at her happiest when they were all together at her home.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Malcolm Rozier; her parents, Tom and Exie (Smith) Herring; her sisters, Era Luckie Daniell and Mary Ethel Luckie; and her siblings by her father’s first wife: brothers Richard Herring, King Herring, and Tommy Herring; sister Lillie Smith; and 12 nieces and nephews.

Martha’s story began on April 4, 1938 when she was born to the late Rev. RK and Leila Mae Tate Jones as the youngest in a crowded house of 13 children.

Martha’s zest for life and desire to be useful showed itself throughout her school days as she became a cheerleader, ROTC sponsor, school newspaper reporter, volleyball team member, forward for her high school basketball team, second baseman in softball, Sr. Class poet, President of the Methodist Youth Fellowship, an active member in the Art Club, Glee Club, Drama Club, Library Club, Beta Club, Future Homemakers of America, Future Teachers of America, and rounded it all off when selected as the Christmas Queen in her senior year.
