Barbara Jo Bailey

BLOUNTSTOWN, FL – Barbara Jo Bailey was born Dec. 6, 1945 in Blountstown. She was called home to be with her lord on Friday, July 12, 2024.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, B.M. Bailey Sr. and Eron Bracewell Bailey and her three brothers, James Bailey, William “Rabbit” Bailey and B.M. “Sonny” Bailey Jr.

She is survived by her sister, Dorothy Jean “Dot” Bailey, brother, Joe Mike Bailey and a multitude of nieces and nephews.

She was a lifelong member of Christian Home Church.

Services will be held Thursday July 18 at Peavy Funeral Home Chapel in Blountstown. Visitation will be from 1 p.m.  (CT) until service time at 2 p.m. (CT) with Pastor Author Wood officiating. Interment will follow at Nettle Ridge Cemetery.

All arrangements are under the direction of Peavy Funeral Home in Blountstown.
