BLOUNTSTOWN, FL – Bonnie P. Hall, 88, passed away Monday, June 10, 2024.
Bonnie was born June 13, 1935 to Cary and Donie May Pelt in Jackson County. She had moved into the area in 1950 and was a member of the Blountstown United Methodist Church, where she was also part of the United Methodist Women.
Bonnie enjoyed reading, playing the piano, and traveling. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carl Hall; brothers, Julian Pelt, Daniel Pelt, Chester Pelt, Jim Pelt; sisters Lourene Crawford and Bea Stanko.
She is survived by son, Steven Carl Hall and Melissa of Marianna; daughters, Peggy Diane Hall of Marianna, Jane Elizabeth Mills and Britt of Lynchburg, VA; brother, Michael Pelt and Betty of Mt. Olive, NC; sister, Jeannette Townsend of Savannah, GA; grandchildren, Benjamin Hall and Jessica, David Mills, Hannah Mills and great-grandchild, Lara Bonnie Hall.
Services were held June 13 at the Peavy Funeral Home Chapel with Pastors Steve Warren and John King officiating. Interment followed at Nettle Ridge Cemetery.
The family requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Vitas Healthcare Hospice or Gideon Bibles.
All arrangements were under the direction of Peavy Funeral Home in Blountstown.
