Cathy Wise Curlee
COTTONDALE, FL – Cathy Wise Curlee, age 69, passed away May 8, 2024 at her home.
Cathy was born March 11, 1955 in Blountstown to Roy and Anne Belle Wise. She had lived in the Jackson and Calhoun County area her entire life and was a part of the Baptist faith.
Cathy enjoyed crocheting, gardening, sewing, playing solitaire on her computer, and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Don Curlee.
Cathy is survived by her sons, Jeff Varnum of Cottondale, Kevin Varnum and wife Jessica of Grand Ridge; daughter Daphne Griffin and husband Waylon of Altha; brothers, Hayes Wise, Ricky Wise, and Danny Ray Wise all of Blountstown; sister Mavis Barnett of Tampa; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Memorialization will be by cremation.
All arrangements are under the direction of Peavy Funeral Home in Blountstown.
