DOTHAN, AL – Daniel Eric Tindol, 35 of Dothan, AL passed from this life on Jan. 14, 2024 at Noland Hospital.
Daniel was born on Nov. 18, 1988 in Tampa, FL to Charlie Wright Tindol and Sherry Odom Coxwell. He was a mama’s boy. Being the youngest of six siblings helped him develop the extraordinary sense of humor he entertained everyone with. His passions growing up were fishing, spending time with family and practicing his lyrical genius. He was a man of many words. He could rap or write the most heartfelt poems. He truly loved people and they loved him. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He served in the U.S. Army and was deployed from 2007-2008 with 2 BN, 22 Infantry Regiment, 10th Mountain Division, in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Daniel is preceeded in death by his brother, Shamus Tindol; his paternal grandparents, James W and Maude I. Tindol and his maternal grandfather, McNeal Odom.
He is survived by his wife, Christina Farrow Tindol of Dothan; his children, Aviana Grayce Tindol, Temprence Aubrianna Tindol, and Liam Alexander Tindol; father, Charlie Wright Tindol (Lilia) of Tifton, GA; mother, Sherry Odom Coxwell (James) of Graceville, FL; maternal grandmother, Odell Odom of Chipley, FL; brother, David Curry (Michelle) of Bristol, FL; sisters, Dana Matthews (Michael) of Altha, FL, Amy Hall (Billy Joe) of Barbourville, KY and Sherry Overstreet (Eddie) of Chipley, along with a special cousin who was more like a brother, Tommy Forrester of Chipley, in addition to a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will honor him privately in a memorial service at a later date.
