Della Ann Mears
ALTHA, FL – Della Ann Mears, 72 of Altha, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2025, in Panama City.
Della was born Nov. 5, 1952 in Troy, New York and was a homemaker. She enjoyed fishing and spending time with her grandchildren. She also was an avid reader and always loved a good yard sale.
She is preceded in death by her son, Jericho Byran Mears; her sister, Donna Musgrove and her mother Thelma Revell.
Survivors include her husband Reece Mears; her daughters, Kennesse Dew and her husband Ricky, and Cindy Porter and her husband Chris; her brothers, Bill, Johnny and Wayne Worthington; her sister, Alma Kehl; her grandchildren, Kyler and his wife Brittany, Brendan and his wife Kendall and Tate; great-grandchildren Reece Harper, Ellie Kate and Cally Mae as well as many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
A memorial was held Saturday, Jan. 11 at Sunny Hill Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Adams Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
