JAIMIE KATRINA MORGAN POTTER

BRISTOL – Jaimie Katrina Morgan Potter, 44, passed away unexpectedly on March 12, 2023 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. She attended Liberty County High School, received her GED and earned a degree in Medical Billing and Transcription. Jaimie was of Christian faith. Jaimie was a homemaker who lived the majority of her life in Calhoun and Liberty counties.

Jaimie was an avid reader who aspired to be an author. She loved reading books, completing word searches, playing scrabble, drawing and watching movies. She enjoyed gossiping with her Aunt Diann, cooking and eating a homemade meal, playing with her family’s dog, Jack and going to yard sales. In her younger years, Jaimie loved to go fishing and be on the go with her favorite cousin, John. Jaimie would often share about times where her adventurous spirit led to her being stranded on the Telogia Creek after her boat sank. Regardless of the experience, Jaimie managed to laugh about it later.  She loved her Transit family: Mrs. Linda and Mr. Greg, and Jaimie especially loved her doctor, Misbah Farooqi.  Jaimie’s family will miss her loving, kind and generous nature.
Jaimie was preceded in death by her grandparents, Roland Larkins and Oneta Larkins of Bristol and John W. and Laura Mae Morgan of Kinard; her father, James “Buster” Morgan of Kinard; her sister, Kimberly “Beth” McCoy of Blountstown; her aunt, Jackie Kelley, of Chipley; her niece, Savannah Kyle of Bristol; her nephew, Matthew Harper, of Blountstown and her stepfather, Carlos Arrazattee.
