BLOUNTSTOWN, FL – Joseph Donald Kelsey, 66, of Blountstown, passed away Jan. 1, 2024, in Tallahassee.
Joseph was born Nov. 18, 1957 in Madrid, Spain to the late Joe and Nellie Ruth Kelsey.
He was a project engineer for SMS.
Survivors include his wife, Debra Kelsey; his stepsons, Harry Patrick, David and Clyde Downs; his brother, Johnny Kelsey and his sister, Becky Bryant.
A memorial to honor Joseph’s life will be held at a later date.
