BLOUNTSTOWN, FL – Joseph Donald Kelsey, 66, Â of Blountstown, passed away Jan. 1, 2024, in Tallahassee.
Joseph was born Nov. 18, 1957 in Madrid, Spain to the late Joe and Nellie Ruth Kelsey.
He was a project engineer for SMS.
Survivors include his wife, Debra Kelsey; his stepsons, Harry Patrick, David and Clyde Downs; his brother, Johnny Kelsey and his sister, Becky Bryant.
A memorial to honor Joseph’s life will be held at a later date.
