BRISTOL, FL – Laverne Hill, 70, of Bristol, sadly passed away on Oct. 23, 2023.
She was preceded in death by her parents Clyde Hobbs and Evelyn, and sister Laree Higginbotham.
She is survived by her husband, Jackie Hill of Hosford; son, Sambo Hill and Amy of Bristol; daughter, Tonya Lemieux and Daryl of Quincy; brother, Kenny Hobbs of Blountstown; grandchildren Cayden Hill, Trenton Hill, Chase Hill, Daren Lemieux and Lisa Alday; great-grandchildren Rhett Hill, Ella Hill, Mason Hill, Devin Lemieux, Annslee Lemieux, Drayden Hartsfield, Jace Hartsfield, Easton Alday and Judson Alday.
Laverne was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She loved shopping and hanging out with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed watching the Food Network.
Family will receive friends Thursday, Oct. 26 at 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. ET at Peavy Funeral Home Chapel in Blountstown.
Services will be held Oct.27 at 10 a.m. ET graveside at Blue Creek Cemetery in Hosford.
All arrangements are under the direction of Marlon Peavy at Peavy Funeral Home in Blountstown.
