Obituary – Linda Bruner
LINDA FAYE ANDREWS BRUNER
BRISTOL – Linda Faye Andrews Bruner, 76, of Tallahassee, passed away Saturday, May 27, 2023 at Vitas Healthcare in Panama City.
 Linda was born Feb. 12, 1947 in Mobile, AL and was sent by train to Havana, FL to the loving arms of the late Rev. William Maurice and Effie Othella Andrews. She was a homemaker and loved working with and caring for the elderly. Her favorite hobbies were reading and listening to gospel music. She was of the Pentecostal Holiness faith and was a lifetime attendee of the former Evangel Assembly of God in Tallahassee.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Rev. William Maurice and Effie Othella Andrews; her husband, John Howard Bruner of Hardaway; her brother, William Larry Andrews of Havana; a daughter, Pamela Lynn Hoke of Crawfordville; and a grandson, William Andrew Vincent Clark, also of Crawfordville.
Survivors include her daughter, Sandra Brown (Buddy) of Bristol; three grandchildren, Chris Lynn, Kaitlin Lynn and Catherine Hoke; and nine great-grandchildren, Othella Rose Lynn, Aspen Grace Anderson, Landri Nicole Lynn, Liam Nash Lynn, Emma Jade Clark, Vincent Tucker Clark, Nevaeh Sunshine Davis, Naomi Moon Davis and Nehemiah Mars Davis.
Memorial services will be held on Monday, June 5 at 11 a.m. ET at Tallahassee Memory Gardens, located at 4037 N Monroe Street in Tallahassee with Pastor Donnie Thomas officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the cemetery. Inurnment of her ashes will follow at Tallahassee Memory Gardens Cemetery.
