Margaret Gatlin

LIVE OAK, FL  – Margaret Gatlin, age 86, passed away Sept. 26, 2024 in Live Oak. 

Margaret was born Nov. 17, 1937, to Henry and Altha Mae Harvell in Bristol.

She was of the Baptist faith and loved working in the yard with her flowers and fishing. 

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Frank Gatlin; sons, Allen Shepherd, Warren Shepherd, and David Shepherd. 

She is survived by her grandchildren, Nicholas Henry Shepherd, Brandi Ray, Amanda Will, Warren G. Shepherd, William R. Shepherd, and sister, Marcie Preacher. 

Graveside services will be held Monday Oct. 7 at 3 p.m. CT at Lake Mystic Cemetery in Bristol. 

All arrangements are under the directions of Peavy Funeral Home in Blountstown.
