BLOUNTSTOWN, FL – Paul Stephen Burroughs, 73, of Blountstown, passed away May 31, 2024. Paul was born January 12, 1951, in Jacksonville to Paul Emery and Verdie Burroughs.

He was a carpenter by trade and loved to be in the yard gardening and working with plants.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, and his sisters, Deborah Powers and Tina Burroughs.

He is survived by Kelly Collins and husband Kevin, Kelsey Powell and husband David, Kimberly Lytle and husband Mason, Rocky Collins, Cody Collins, Austin Collins and wife Marissa and Meygan Collins.

Memorialization will be by cremation.

All arrangements are under the direction of Peavy Funeral Home in Blountstown.
