Sandra Averill

WEWAHITCHKA, FL – Sandra Faye Averill,  age 80,  of Wewahitchka went home to be with the Lord on Sept. 19, 2024. 

She was born in Hosford on July 17, 1944 to the late Marlin F. Odom and Mary Love Sanders. 

Sandra spent most of her life in Chicopee, MA where she owned a security business and attended Bethany Assembly of God Church.

She enjoyed being outside, gardening and shopping. She was also a very talented interior decorator.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Sandra is survived by one son, Jeffrey Averill; one brother, David F. Odom; one niece, Kaitlyn Odom, and a great-nephew, Phoenix Odom.

Memorialization will be by cremation.

Arrangements are entrusted to the caring staff of Comforter Funeral Home in Port St. Joe.
