Shirley Sangster
BLOUNTSTOWN, FL – Shirley Fay Musgrove Sangster, 76, of Blountstown passed away Friday, April 26, 2024 in Blountstown. Shirley was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County; born August 12, 1947, to the late William Musgrove and Sadie Grover Goff.
She was a homemaker. She had recently been attending Blountstown Community Church and previously Macedonia Baptist Church. She enjoyed puzzles, playing cards and traveling with her sister-in-law Glennell Tucker, who she loved very much. She especially enjoyed spending time at the Calhoun County Senior Citizens Association.
In addition to her parents, Shirley is preceded in death by her husband Broward Couch; her son, Albert Lee Keel and her grandchildren, Lynn Kearce and Joshua Keel.
Survivors include her daughter, Sara Locklear; her brother, Junior Grover and his wife Christina; her stepsons, Benjamin, Hubert and James Keel; stepdaughters, Carolyn Keel and Melba Compton; her granddaughter, Courtney Boyd and three great-grandchildren.
Services to honor Shirley’s life will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 3 at Adams Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Larry Rogers officiating. Interment will follow in Pine Memorial Cemetery. A time of visitation will be held from 5 – 7 p.m. Thursday, May 2 at Adams Funeral Home.
