CALHOUN CO. FL – William Franklin Green, 80, passed away June 25, 2024 in Panama City.
William was born October 17, 1943 to John Henry and Agnes Green in Calhoun County.
He lived in the area his whole life and was of the Baptist faith. William was a logger who enjoyed being outdoors, bird and deer hunting, and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother KP Green and sister Mary Agnes Green.
William is survived by his sons, Alan Green of Clarksville, William Robert Green of Clarksville; the sons’ mother, Doris McCrone; brother, John Harvey Green of Bristol and grandchildren, Alena G. Green and Angelina Brobst.
Graveside services will be held at Lake Mystic Cemetery Saturday, June 29 with the visitation starting at 9 a.m. ET and service at 10 a.m. ET.
All arrangements are under the direction of Peavy Funeral Home in Blountstown.
