Yvonne Summers
BRISTOL, FL – Yvonne Summers, 88, of Bristol, passed away Thursday, Feb. 22, 2024, in Tallahassee.
Yvonne was born in Bristol on March 31, 1935, to the late L. D. Carson Sr. and Sally Carson. She was a lifelong resident of Liberty County.
Yvonne is preceded in death by her husband, Bauchie Summers, and her brother, Lewis D. Carson.
Survivors include her son, Jake Summers and his wife Vanell; her daughters, Sally Lago and her husband Steve, and Teresa Moon and her husband Jay; seven grandsons, one granddaughter, 15 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other extended family.
A gathering to celebrate Yvonne’s life will be held at a later date.
