Two arrested after Flock
camera IDs stolen vehicle
BRISTOL, FL – Two people are in custody after the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office learned through a Flock Camera that they were traveling through Bristol in a vehicle reported stolen from Tallahassee.
“It hit the Flock camera at the bridge and alerted deputies that it was stolen,” said Liberty County Sheriff Dusty Arnold said about the missing vehicle. “Deputies got behind it, confirmed it was stolen, pulled the vehicle over and arrested Chelsea Hill and Richard Clayton O’Conner.”
Several Liberty County patrol cars stopped the pair at Pea Ridge Road and Summers Road around mid-afternoon.
The sheriff said drug paraphernalia was found in the car, including “meth paraphernalia and dirty needles.”
One man who commented on the sheriff’s facebook post wrote that he saw the vehicle speed through town, run a red light and weave around cars on SR 20 before they were caught.
