Blountstown store robbed
ARMED ROBBERY AT
SR 20 CITGO STORE
BLOUNTSTOWN – A search is under way for two black males suspected in an armed robbery at the Citgo Store on SR 20 in Blountstown around 8 p.m. Thursday evening.
The suspects – one armed with a firearm and the other, a knife – were first thought to have fled on foot, but investigators later issued an update indicating the pair left the scene in a vehicle.
One man was wearing a gray hoodie; other had a black cap and black t-shirt, according to a post from the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies and K-9 teams from the Department of Corrections are searching for the two men.
Those living in the area are urged to secure their property.
