BLOUNTSTOWN, FL – Ernest Bailey, 80, of Blountstown passed away on Jan. 30, 2025. Ernest was born on Dec. 20, 1944, to Ernest Bailey Sr. and Nora Griffin.
He enjoyed drinking and fishing. His survivors include sons, Greg and Phyllis Bailey of Blountstown, and Eddie and Belinda Bailey of Cross City; daughter, Teresa and Joseph Flowers of Blountstown; brother, James Kirkland; sisters Annette Hires, Libby Griffin, and Sherry Sanders; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Services were held Feb. 2 at the Peavy Funeral Home Chapel with interment following at Williams Memorial Cemetery in Scotts Ferry.
All arrangements are under the direction of Peavy Funeral Home in Blountstown.
