Will Hosford sworn in by father

as member of the Florida Bar

HOSFORD, FL   – William L. “Will” Hosford was sworn in as a member of The Florida Bar by his father, Retired Judge Kenneth L. Hosford, on Sept. 22, 2025. Will’s mother, Georgia Anne Hosford, is pictured above holding the Bible during the ceremony.

Will graduated from The Florida State University College of Law in May of 2025, taking the Florida Bar exam in July of 2025. Will was honored by the Florida State University Law Review by the publication of his article, “Breaking the Fourth Wall: An Analysis of the Emergence of AI in the Entertainment Industry,” which won the Stephen Guy Note Award for 2024-2025. He was also honored by the Giles S. Rich Memorial Moot Court Competition for “Best Appellee Brief,” Southern Region 2025.

Will is employed by the Wicker Smith law firm in Tampa.
